Prunus Nigra

Prunus, also known as the ornamental plum, is a deciduous tree, with a characteristic dark reddish color of the leaves. It has small, fragrant pink flowers, which appear for about a month in early spring. The fruit of the prunus is small, round, orange in color and can be eaten. It grows well in all types of soils, although it prefers rich, fertile and well-drained soils.
