Mango

Mango is a fast-growing, evergreen, tropical, fruit-bearing tree. It has a dense crown with deep green, leathery leaves and small, fragrant, yellowish flowers. It belongs to the stone fruits and its fruits are large, spherical or oval, they can weigh up to 0.5 kg and are quite juicy. It can not withstand very low temperatures and prolonged frosts. It prefers fertile and deep soils with good drainage because it does not tolerate moisture.
