Κυπριακή ελιά

The Cypriot olive is adapted to the dry conditions of the place, but where and when irrigated it yields much more. Many dry olives are usually planted like scattered trees. The fruit is of medium size with dual use. It is used both as an edible green and black olive, but also as an oil olive with a content of 20-27%. Its oil is fruity, rich in aromas and with a characteristic delicate taste.
